  • Heating system status and thermostat setting

  • Water system status check and inspection for leaks

  • Check Roofs for snow & ice buildup

  • Check status of snow on drives and walkways

  • Email report of each inspection with photographs of your property.

  • Access to Cleaning, laundry, inspection services and more....

  • Six month subscription for $45 per month, conveniently billed to your credit card.

Cleaning Services:

Reliable, professional cleaning services can be scheduled online. (Prices vary based upon size of home.  Ask us for an estimate.)

Linen and Laundry Services: 

 We can provide a high quality linen and towel package for your property with pickup and drop-off laundry service.  Linen services can reduce your linen and towel costs, lower the cleaning cost, and reduce the usage of your washer and dryer.  (Annual linen fee based upon property occupancy, $50 laundry fee for each drop-off.)

Snow Removal Subscriptions: 

Keep your property accessible by having us shovel your walkways and decks.  We shovel each time 5 inches of snow accumulates for $25, so your home is always ready for your arrival.  (Longer walkways and large decks may cost extra.)

Emergency Services: 

Our emergency services are available 24 Hours a day, seven days a week for those unforeseen emergences.  When you can't be here to help the guests or resolve a maintenance problem, we can be there.  Services include solving accidental guest lockouts, assessing maintenance problems, minor repairs and maintenance, arranging repair services with local contractors, and more.  (Fees include a $75 service call fee and $45 / hour additional hours.)
